How to Become a New Patient

To get started as a new patient, call or text 307-300-5885 and let us know you would like to register. You may also text “register” to 307-300-5885.

Someone from our team will typically reach out within 1–2 business days by text or phone to help you complete registration and review the next steps.

Returning patients may schedule through the patient portal.

What to Expect

  • A friendly registration call or text from our team within 1–2 business days.
  • Help completing intake paperwork and verifying insurance benefits.
  • Scheduling your initial appointment (typically about 60 minutes).
  • An opportunity to share goals, history, current concerns, and questions.

In-Person and Telehealth

In-person visits are available in Evanston, Wyoming. Telehealth is available in Wyoming and Nebraska, where clinically appropriate. Brandon Jaggi is licensed in Wyoming, Nebraska, and Utah. Utah services may be limited, and MMB is not currently accepting Utah insurance.

Insurance & Billing

Meadowlark Mind & Body accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and many major commercial insurance plans. Coverage varies by plan, state, service type, diagnosis, medical necessity, and eligibility. Patients are responsible for verifying benefits before treatment. For billing questions or to ask about our Sliding Fee Discount Program, call or text 307-300-5885.

Not a crisis center. Meadowlark Mind & Body is not a crisis center or emergency service. Messages, forms, emails, texts, and portal communications are not monitored for emergencies.
