Our approach

Mental and physical health belong in the same conversation.

Longer appointments and careful listening help us consider how mood, sleep, energy, focus, libido, appetite, trauma, hormones, thyroid function, and daily life may connect. Traditional and integrative care, therapy, and advanced treatment options can be coordinated around your goals.

Designed to complement primary care. Meadowlark does not replace routine medical or specialty care. We recommend outside follow-up when a concern falls beyond our role.

Common questions

Clear answers before you begin.

How do I become a new patient?

Text the word register to 307-300-5885. No referral is required. Messages are generally reviewed within 1 to 2 business days.

Can Meadowlark replace my primary-care clinician?

No. Meadowlark focuses on mental health and selected areas where hormones, thyroid function, labs, sleep, energy, and physical health may overlap with psychiatric symptoms. Routine primary care, preventive care, and concerns outside Meadowlark's scope still belong with your primary-care or specialty clinician.

Can one visit address mental health and hormone concerns?

Often. We focus on how mental health, sleep, hormones, thyroid function, medications, labs, and daily life may be connected. We can review related concerns together and discuss a practical plan, while coordinating outside follow-up when a need belongs with primary care or another specialist.

What is the difference between Spravato and oral ketamine?

Spravato is FDA-approved esketamine for eligible adults with treatment-resistant depression and is administered in the office with required monitoring. Compounded oral ketamine troches or ODTs are off-label and are considered only for carefully selected patients after evaluation, informed consent, and a defined safety and monitoring plan.

Do you accept insurance?

Meadowlark works with several insurance plans, but coverage varies by clinician, service, location, plan, eligibility, credentialing status, medical necessity, and authorization requirements. Visit Insurance & Billing for current details.

Do you offer telehealth?

Telehealth may be available for clinically appropriate patients in Wyoming and Nebraska. Some services, medications, monitoring needs, and safety situations require in-person care.
