Clarifying The Service

Therapy-informed psychiatric care is different from ongoing therapy.

Meadowlark also offers dedicated psychotherapy with Gena Caldwell, LCSW. Therapy-informed psychiatric care refers to practical emotional support, coping strategies, behavior-change planning, and symptom education incorporated into psychiatric appointments with Brandon when clinically appropriate.

It is not the same service as ongoing psychotherapy with a therapist. If you want dedicated therapy for trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, grief, emotional overwhelm, or major life transitions, Gena's therapy page is the right place to start.
