Trauma care can include therapy, psychiatric support, or both.

Meadowlark offers dedicated trauma-informed psychotherapy with Gena Caldwell, LCSW. Brandon Jaggi, PMHNP-BC, also provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management for trauma-related mood, anxiety, sleep, and functioning concerns.

Gena's therapy is collaborative and paced around the patient's needs and treatment plan. Her work may draw from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These approaches can help patients process painful experiences, understand recurring patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build practical tools for everyday life.

Psychiatric care with Brandon focuses on careful evaluation, medication options when appropriate, sleep, safety, functioning, and relevant clinical factors that may affect recovery. Patients may use either service independently or coordinate therapy and psychiatric care around shared goals.
